Celebrate the spooky season by carving a jack-o-lantern at the James City County Library. We provide the pumpkins and tools, you provide the creativity! While supplies last; limit one pumpkin per family. Bring chairs and blankets along to get extra cozy to watch Monster House (rated PG) on the big screen outside.
