Introduction to 3-D Printing for Kids (JCCL)

Class will consist of an hour of learning about the basic 3–D printing process, including downloading a design file, preparing it to print using slicing software, and setting up the printer. At the end of the class, participants will be able to choose from a menu of basic designs to slice and print. Due to the length of printing time, prints will need to be picked up at a later time. For ages 6-12.

Registration is required and space is limited; register by calling 757.741.3300, option 4, starting November 1, to sign up for either the 2 p.m. or 3:30 p.m. session.
