Tuesday’s luncheon is one of the regular monthly meetings of NARFE’s Williamsburg Chapter. The meetings provide fun, fellowship, and timely topics for NARFE members, spouses, and guests.
NARFE Chapter 685 members are retired and active federal civilian employees and their spouses who live in the greater Williamsburg area. In the chapter they find the camaraderie they enjoy as well as active participation in local community-support activities.
In addition, chapter members enjoy the support of the national organization’s resources that help them better understand the complexities of their federal benefits via webinars, educational conferences, and informative publications. These resources help them make informed decisions regarding their federal health, dental, vision, and flexible spending accounts for the coming year. The national organization’s powerful advocacy also protects their earned pay and benefits.
Membership in NARFE and the Williamsburg chapter is open to current or former federal civilian employees who are or will be eligible to receive an annuity or survivor annuity from the retirement programs of any agency of the United States government. Spouses and surviving spouses of those eligible also are eligible to join NARFE.
