True Love

Cantori Choral Ensemble presents its 2024 Spring Concert, True Love, exploring the various forms of love. Beginning with sacred love, the concert will include songs about a mother’s love, a father’s love, folk songs and ballads about love, and conclude with two Elizabethan poems about love in jazz style. Several of the pieces on the program will be sung a cappella, while others will be accompanied by piano, double bass, flute, and clarinet. The 14-voice ensemble is under the direction of Agnes French, and includes professional musicians and seasoned singers from the Williamsburg area. Advance tickets may be reserved for will call by sending checks made out to Cantori to 3341 Derby Lane, 23285. Adult advance tickets are $15 each. Tickets will also be sold at the door for $20 each.
