UFOs Over Virginia

Susan Swiatek, State Director of the Virginia chapter of the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) will be coming to the library on October 20 to give a presentation on UFO cases in Virginia. MUFON was established in 1969 “to track citizen sightings of UFOs.” They hold the world’s “largest and most detailed database of UFO sightings.”
Ms. Swiatek, a longtime member of MUFON, has been fascinated by “flying saucers” since childhood and has experience in studying and lecturing on the topic.
In addition to the lecture, Ms. Swiatek will be attending the Real People/Real Stories book group meeting to enliven the discussion of one of the better-known tales of alien abduction, The Interrupted Journey by John Fuller.
