After the death of his mother and a disruptive move to the country, a boy discovers a gray heron in a secluded tower who takes him on a great adventure. This film from legendary anime director Hayao Miyazaki won the Academy Award for best animated feature this year. It features vocal work from Christian Bale, Mark Hamill, Florence Pugh, and Willem Dafoe. 2hrs 4min PG-13
